Her clear, confident delivery and insightful perspectives not only engaged the audience but also emphasized the critical importance of prioritizing health, safety, mindfulness and wellbeing in the workplace. Alana’s ability to address the importance of mindfulness with clarity and practical advice left a lasting impression on everyone in the room.
