Thank you Dr Nicholas Maclean. I have been working as a Cardiac Sonographer for over 30yrs. Over this time, I have witnessed many of my colleagues experience neck, shoulder and back pain slowly progressing into permanent injuries. I've been with Better Backs for a few years and have been a patient of Dr Tara's since she started. I look forward to my appointments as i feel fantastic after them. I can move easier, I am in less pain and if I could - I'd see her weekly. Her professionalism and a gentle nature (though she is strong when needed on my back!) is an asset. The entire team are so welcoming. I can't recommend this place strongly enough.
After hearing Better Backs on the radio for years, I finally decided to give them a go when some lower back pain flared up — and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Nicholas Maclean was fantastic. He quickly honed in on the issue with a thorough assessment and explained everything clearly — what he was doing, why, and what I’d need to do for long-term improvement. I hobbled in… and strutted out. Highly recommend Better Backs to anyone dealing with back pain. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
Arrived for my 4:40 appointment. After waiting 10 minutes I was told the dr. was still 20 mins behind. I said I would reschedule because I needed to be out by 5:15-5:20 and they said they can make it work. I was seen to at 5 and was given less than 10 minutes of treatment and was charged for a full 20 min consultation (they have a 10 min consultation) very disappointed.
It was my first time here. The reception was very nice and welcoming. David really surprised me. he did amazing work ,I 'm a Myotherapist, I can felt David experienced and cared for his patient , I was looking for lower back pain relief. David knew that I had a problem with my cervical . he did various tests and treatments for my entire spine.
