I had the most amazing massage today from Better Back and Beyond, She focuses on where your pain is coming from , releases the tension and tightness throughout your body. I take Pilates 4-5 days a week and I could never get the stiffness out of my joints and muscle’s until today. I recommend everyone to come and see for yourself how good you can feel. Better back and beyond massage was truly such a unique experience and I loved it!! I have been getting massages for years and Kathleen just goes above and beyond. She really understands the human anatomy and really tries to get to the root of your pain. Kathleen is a wonderful person to work with. She is very attentive and helps get to the root of your problems. It was a very relaxing massage. I had never been exposed to the hot stone therapy, it was awesome. I also tried the SimaWELL treatment with Lisa. It was very relaxing and pointed out problem areas between my shoulder blades.
