They are super helpful and friendly. Cass Carter is the best. She seems to really like her job helping the seniors navigate the mounting paperwork the is dumped on us just so we can have food and shelter as seniors. We will miss her as she moves along in her career . Her replacement will have humongous shoes to fill.
