Poor products, bad service and delivery. Lack of follow through on communication. Not sure what else to say.
We bought an appliance that came with damages that were not disclosed to us. We have been told that for the price we are getting it at we should basically keep our mouth closed. They were late on delivery, hard to reach, and now, instead of rectifying their mistakes, they are just telling us too bad...
I bought a used refrigerator to replace one that kept frosting up. The replacement had the exact same problem. I notified them as soon as I found out and the refused to do anything about it. Also, FYI at the time of this review, there are 3 five-star reviews. At least two of which are employees of the store.
