Couldn't be happier with my experience with everyone at Better Air NW. From the start Justin was great. We got a very fair and honest bid for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Better Air NW. Justin came to clean our ducts that were quite overdue for a cleaning. He also cleaned our dryer vent. He was friendly and professional. He took his time and explained what he was going to be doing. He was very thorough with everything he cleaned. He took extra care with his equipment, as our hardwood floors had just been sanded and finished a few days before. Great Team Servicing Our Specialized Passive House We spent several weeks finding a qualified professional team to clean the heat recovery and ventilation system for our passive house. Another contractor recommended better Air NW and they were just the team to maintain our system. Ryan and Codie were friendly, timely, subject matter experts, and treated our home with respect while they performed their maintenance. This team is great and we are happy to have found a qualified service provider.
Five stars, no question. Up front pricing, punctual, efficient and very personable. I especially appreciated how considerate they were of my floors and carpet, removing their shoes inside. Highly recommend.
