Easiest service ever! – I needed an air duct cleaning in Bellevue and found Better Air NW. I literally called them up, scheduled the appointment, they showed up, they cleaned the ducts, they left. All of this in the span of a few days. It was such an easy process. They didn't even spend long cleaning the ducts, but did a very thorough job. They were respectful of my house and belongings too, which I really appreciated. very efficient!!!!!! – A complete pleasure to work with. I was very impressed by there professional demeaner and courteous behavior. Everything about them showed that even thoug they are a family business, they new exactly what they were doing and how to be polite. Better Air Northwest was a breath of fresh air, literally, in this new homeownership process. I called and the owner answered the phone and answered all my questions. He was available right away and willing to make sure I knew the processes were to clean the ducts in my new house while acknowledging all of my concerns. I also really liked that the owner is the operator and he is very interested in a good business. He was flexible with my busy schedule and very willing to do a great job while there.
