Andres Villa and Jake Lee were fantastic! They did a really thorough job cleaning the ducts and drier vents and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They even noticed our military paraphernalia and offered us their military discount. I will definitely use them again.
Better Air NW sent a couple of expert techs, and they did a fantastic job. Jeremiah and Isaiah showed up on time, were courteous and informative, and did a thorough and complete job in a couple of hours. When they got to my dryer vent, they found it disconnected with perforations in the flex hose. They replaced the damaged hose and thoroughly cleaned the vent and surrounding area. This company is amazing! Allan did an awesome job, and was very through cleaning all of our ductwork.
2nd time I have used BAN to clean my ducts. Had Jeremy and Brady out to clean my house this time and the work was just as good as the first time. Don't get sucked in by specials that other companies run, they don't do a good job and you'll end up calling these guys to get it sorted. Can't recommend them enough.
Better Air NW...has been my home safety for...years! My hone is gas, and lent is scary without proper cleaning. I love BANW ...For keeping my home safe! The dryer is scary without proper cleaning...for a house fire. I have them...and they have me!!! ** I had my all of my house cleaned! You can ask for specific services, I just choose...whole house...when they come to service my home.
