We had called Better Air Northwest for a multi-unit vent cleaning and the speed and professionalism from Jeremy and Alex was unmatched! Couldn't recommend them enough!
We had a really excellent experience with these folks. I reached out to them on a Tuesday, left a voicemail, heard back maybe an hour later, and they scheduled us for that Thursday within an hour window. We received text messages updating us the day before and the day of arrival, and the two-man team (Jake Griggs and an assistant) arrived at the very beginning of that hour window. Andres and Vlad came out to the dryer vents in our home. Both super friendly techs who were very thorough, introduced themselves and discussed how the cleaning would go off the bat. Both professional, easy to talk to and answered any questions we may had. Job was done well and in a timely manner, thank you Andres and Vlad!
Lucas and Scott came out to perform the first HVAC duct cleaning on my place for years; they were on time (actually they were EARLY but I could not accommodate them right then), very friendly, explained everything they were doing, showed me many pictures of the ducts being cleaned, extremely thorough, and supremely respectful of our property. The air definitely feels cleaner and they did a wonderful job!
We have never had our HVAC duct cleaned before and had no idea what to expect. Lucas and Scott came out first thing in the morning and took their time explaining to us what all will happen, were very careful with everything in the house and were meticulous with masking/covering anything that could get dirty. Our HVAC duct DEFINITELY needed much cleaning and maintenance and they did exactly that! The air feels so much cleaner, the return air filter is quieter, and the sun seems to shine a little brighter too :) Thank you!
