Larry and Jacob came out and snaked my upstairs toilet and made some recommendation. Larry said when my son in law comes out to replace the wax ring and the issue continues he'll return and camera inspect the drain complementary.

As mentioned I called Better Air Conditioning & Heating as a 2nd opinion. The previous A/C company/one-man Tech was all to happy to scam me. He ""verified"" I had a broken unit and ""low pressure"" indicative of a leak, and proceeded to give me an estimate for 1200 to identify said leak, then another 400 to recharge the system. Mind you, Staff quoted me at half the price along with a disclaimer that identifying the leak might not be 100 percent guaranteed- he could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance and charged me f... read more
Staff was great from the start! Very knowledgeable, gave us several options that would work for our house. He even stopped back by to answer some additional questions I had. His fair pricing, selection and level of service sealed the deal for us to go with Better Air Conditioning & Heating . Our install went well, the guys were pros! So far, we are very happy!!!
