Very knowledgeable / thorough.
This person asked for my address and phone # to set up an appointment. He never set one up and then he showed up at my house out of the blue. I told him I did not set an appointment and he acted like a child!!!!!! Totally unprofessional!! He trew his hands in the air and stomped off while I was talking to him!!
