Being a Better Gym member for 2+ years was by far the best health decision I ever made! Susan is an incredible instructor, and will absolutely push you to your limits while also tailoring the exercises to your body/skill level. I really enjoyed the small group class structure and personalized instructions, and I have never been stronger thanks to her. She is worth every penny!
I've been a member for about two months now, and I'm honestly blown away by the progress I've made in both strength and form. Over the years, I've worked out at several gyms and trained on my own, but I was looking for something more—both a challenge and a sense of community.
