My tech not only maintained the thermostate but also teach and instructed me on how to use the new thermostate.
Firstly let me start our with GREAT COMPANY!!! Otherwise we can not say that enough!!! Secondly! I have a mobile home do tjose are not the easiest houses to work on so I give the installers all the credit in the world for having great patience and stayed on track even when other poeple work on the home before them was crappie.
Good company! They really have done an amazing job in fixing it with somebody messed up.
They have promptly replied to every email I have sent, inquiring thoroughly about if I have any customer service needs, It is for these reasons I will be a long time customer of their heating fuels and would recommend it to anybody in need of heatting or cooling fuel or service and amintenance.
The people I spoke with on the phone were very curtious and professional. The tech was on time and professional. Repaired the issue and returned the system to operations.
