I had a very concerning experience with Brett at Bettendorf Counseling Center. In my opinion, his communication was poor and at times felt unprofessional. I also observed behavior that raised serious concerns about ethics and respect for client boundaries, and abusive tendencies toward people. Confidentiality is critical in a counseling setting, and based on what I experienced, I did not feel confident that my privacy would be fully protected. Absolutely love my therapist Simone! I really connect with her making it very easy for me to open up to her in my therapy sessions. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing therapy! The reception staff is friendly as well!
I love my therapist Emma!! She is so funny and always caring to listen and hear what I have to say. She is the first therapist I have got along with and haven’t had a problem with. I was scared at first but she welcomed me like it was my home! We always joke around and share little jokes and it makes me whole day!! I get so exited to come here just to see her bc I know my day will be good after!! And the place is such a safe space and so welcoming!! They always try and do openings the best the can.
