I bought my vehicle from Baker Buick in 2021. They have a beautiful new building, and because of that, I think their services and repair work are a little pricier than other places. I never really had an issue with them until recently. My 2021 Buick Encore GX, with only 45,000 miles on it, was experiencing an issue where it wouldn't read that it was in park. I had my car breakdown on my 21st birthday (terrible I know!) I dropped my car and dropped my keys in the drop box - and they were able to get my car in the next day, identified the issue quickly and replaced it for a good price. Next day she was running. I really appreciate the fast, to the point service! The mechanic communicated well and I will definitely return in the future :)
