I had my car breakdown on my 21st birthday (terrible I know!) I dropped my car and dropped my keys in the drop box - and they were able to get my car in the next day, identified the issue quickly and replaced it for a good price. Next day she was running. I really appreciate the fast, to the point service! The mechanic communicated well and I will definitely return in the future :)
Was doing decent work for about a year. Then all of a sudden everyone turned cold towards me as if they were angry at me for not wanting to be ripped off just avoid this place. Wendy the service receptionist was great at first last time I was there she spoke to everyone in the waiting room and acted as I didn't exist. Once again, Rex, Lila, and the Baker service team went above and beyond to make sure that I got my vehicle serviced professionally and in a timely manner. Rex met me in the parking lot and drove me to work immediately! Baker continues to astound me on each and every visit by going the extra mile.
