My wife and I purchased a 2022 Yukon from Betten Baker today (12/30/24). I called ahead and spoke to Adam H to let him know I’d be bringing in two vehicles to trade in. When I arrived with my wife, he got everything started very efficiently. He was very friendly, and he, as well as Chris D, took great care of us. Thomas provided exceptional service. He listened to my must haves, showed me options and fully explained/showed me how everything operated
I received an Onstar text saying my battery was critically low. I talked to Mercedes in service dept who told me to come in. I immediately did so and testing showed my battery was charged after driving there. They were honest, didn’t try to sell me an unneeded battery and didn’t even charge me for the visit. Also everyone in service dept was friendly and helpful. I am a happy customer!
