great body shop unlike the big box body shops!
I had the inside doors repaired/painted ( both front doors under the door trim)under warranty on a 1 yr old car. 3 yrs later it recurred and is now outside warranty. Both Baker and Ford Corporate would not cover this recurrence or backing their work. Three years for a professional repaint on a 1 yr old car is very poor. I am disappointed in Ford and the body shop for not redoing this at no cost. (I have had body work done other places on other cars and never had this type of early recurrence)
Hit turkey Baker did a great job replacing everything behind the grill.had a very nice loaner. Would use them again if needed
Best customer service by Zeke from the body shop & Jodi who was working the front desk. Both went above and beyond to help me as a customer which is something you don't see anymore. We had excellent body work done and it was quicker than expected by the body shop and Jodi provided extra assistance knowing things about insurance that I did not. Thank you both kindly ~ Michele & John Sanocki
