Best customer service by Zeke from the body shop & Jodi who was working the front desk. Both went above and beyond to help me as a customer which is something you don't see anymore. We had excellent body work done and it was quicker than expected by the body shop and Jodi provided extra assistance knowing things about insurance that I did not. Took my truck here after a deer incident and these guys did great! Jodie communicated wonderfully and Zeke made sure that my truck was perfect when it was done. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail they showed upon return. My truck was detailed inside and out, it truly felt brand new again. Thank you, to the team at Baker Collision!
Zeke, Jodie, and the entire team at Baker Collision are awesome! In December, my husband hit a deer with his truck which left significant damage. The repairs were done quickly, the truck looked like new and it was cleaner than it was when it was new! I went in because I hit a pole, and it left my beautiful car with a large orange stripe! Jodie and her beautiful smile helped me right away! Emma was fantastic and now my car is good as new! So blessed I came in! Highly recommend!!!!!
