I purchased a vehicle from the pre-owned center. Blaire Maczinski was my sales person and did an awesome job getting the deal together and then working to get the vehicle delivered to me late on a Saturday. All the staff stayed around and helped to get everything completed and me on the road with my new vehicle in time for my dinner reservation!
BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING USED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a used vehicle (2016 Ford Taurus SHO) at this dealership on August 24, 2024. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Zero communication skills and have no interest in taking care of return customers. I hate leaving a bad review, but after purchasing a brand new vehicle and have had to have it repaired 3 times within the first week, and no communication from the dealership on progress or how they are going to correct the issue, I have no choice. I contacted the manager 3 times in one day with no return calls.

Dealership harasses you with advertisements and will not stop. Unsubscribing emails ineffective. Scam artists if you have to ignore requests to STOP all communication of every form. Don’t listen. This is YOUR OWN FAULT BETTEN BAKER, I requested nicely for you to STOP, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE from everything relating to any of your dealerships.
