Got my oil change roughly a couple months ago and they torque my oil cap so tight that it’s almost impossible to get off not get any services done from these people. They are a scam.
Purchased a truck from baker in may of 2025 , l canceled the extended warranty the next day after purchasing the vehicle and it’s the middle of July and l still haven’t received my money . I just wish they put as much effort in retry money as they did in getting it. All l been told was a bunch of lies. Sorry to say l won’t be dealing with this establishment again.
After having a bad experience at a different dealership, I went to Gage at Baker Auto. I was very nervous and very wishy washy, but he and Josh were able to hold my hand through the process and reassured me that they would do all they could. While we are happy with the Equinox we purchased in Alma, we are not happy that the sales people twice have not kept their word on sales details. We bought an extended warranty even though the end of warranty mileage was clearly stated in the contract, they would not honor the stated contract end miles. After three trips to the dealership from out of town they speaking to three different people they finally agreed to honor the contract.
