We had Luke come out today and he was AMAZING if I could give more stars I would .. very friendly and nice guy .. he even helped us make sure our pump was hooked up correctly and running .. couldn’t of asked for a better driver … thank you Luke ..!! We appreciate you .
We use Bettcher's water services a lot. Their office staff is stellar. Tara, Becka, and Aubrey are so easy to work with, and are flexible, accommodating, and always get the details right. The drivers show up on time, and as planned, are friendly and easy to work with as well. We've had some pretty crazy last minute requests and they have rallied to help us get the job done. We really can't overstate how much we appreciate them!
They have delivered water to my home twice. They have been professional and the water quality is amazing. Highly recommended.
The experience with this company has been BEYOND HELPFUL!!!! From the start of Tara as the secretary, to Tim the delivery guy with the water semi! They have gone above and beyond helping us, and even taking the time to help us in this horrible situation of a brand new pool put up and installed by people that apparently didnt know what they were doing!!! So we had 3 truck loads if water delivered to our 30 ft above ground pool, and immediately had to start draining the water we paid for, for $1800 because of the pool installe... read more
