Fridge technician did not have needed expertise; resulting proposal included replacing parts technician had never examined, incorrect parts, and parts that had just been replaced. Despite technician's promise that I was entitled to have a more senior technician come out for the $179 fee, Bettar Services "declined" to correct its mistakes. Zero stars if I could.
We contacted Bettar to install our new Double Oven. They responded immediately. There quote was reasonable. When our delivery was delayed by snow, they rescheduled promptly. The team was excellent and the install was great. Whatever caused the low rating in years ago has definitely been addressed. We will be using them again.
Mernielyn was awesome. She found me the oven probe replacement part for my gas oven. Home depot, Lowes, specialty parts stores, appliance stores, all said the part doesn't exist. She found it . Thank you Mernielyn. Now we have a working oven.
