Further to a negative review concerning litigation against Betta Shade. In response to the case mounted in Civil Court , Daniel the owner and defendant. says that he has never sold Blinds to the claimant but to another party at the address and he asks that the court dismiss the case. Still in litigation over an $1800 deposit held with no justification. Daniel responded to a mediator from ACCC and Consumer Protection when asked to enumerate his losses from my cancellation of the job a week out from the quote. I had offered to pay for the material. However, he stated that I owed him $400 from a previous job! A total fabrication! Plus $500 for callout fees, $150 admin and $600 for fabric he cannot prove he ordered. I was gobsmacked!
