Still in litigation over an $1800 deposit held with no justification. Daniel responded to a mediator from ACCC and Consumer Protection when asked to enumerate his losses from my cancellation of the job a week out from the quote. I had offered to pay for the material. However, he stated that I owed him $400 from a previous job! A total fabrication! Plus $500 for callout fees, $150 admin and $600 for fabric he cannot prove he ordered. I was gobsmacked!
