Extremely unprofessional. I took two separate days off work because they confirmed they were coming, only for them to be a complete no-show both times. No phone call, no text, nothing. When I finally got through to them, they promised they were on their way—and still never showed up. Now they are completely ignoring my calls. Save yourself the headache and the lost wages; find a company that actually values their customers' time.
