We were impressed from the minute we walked in the door. Damian approached us to offer his help which we took him up on. He then spent considerable time explaining the meanings of terminology and the differences in all the different Smart TVs. He then gave us a quote. He was not pushy and gave us time to think about it. Which we did and then ordered it a week later. The TV was delivered and set up the following monday.
