We bought a TV from Betta recently and had issues with setup. Phoned them and they were wonderful. They put me onto their tech guy Zac and he went above and beyond to help us. He came over the same afternoon and spent considerable time sorting us out. He was amazing. Very helpful, polite and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.
I had a totally pleasant and successful experience at Betta in Parkes. The staff were attentive and helpful, the boss was friendly and considerate with my needs and price limitations so I went home an extremely happy customer
Best service and delivered without a hitch
The best customer service always greeted with a friendly smile and are very helpful. Prices are great..if they don't have your item in store they will do their very best to get it for you. Great store presentation very clean no clutter and items are well displayed easy to find 😊
