The service was friendly, the price was right & the item was in stock so a good experience all round
Yeah for years went to other places to buy.. not good.. betta herveybay have been really polite and very understanding with there service.. price is good same with products... i don't go anywhere else... betta herveybay is 10star.. keep it going people, staff..

My purchase was made through another Betta store at Virginia who didn't have the product in stock. Virginia store organised it to be delivered from Betta Hervey Bay. Both stores were very helpful and they managed to deliver my wet and dry floor cleaner to Scarborough within two days of purchase. Very happy with the quality of both stores sales and attention to service.
