Prompt efficient service. I ordered over the phone at 4 pm and was delivered by 9.30 am next morning. Was carried into place Unpacked. And took away our old washer. Coukd not get better service. And. Great price too.
Just got off the phone with Wendy and honestly, the nicest and sweetest person I have spoken too. My initial washing machine order, was not in stock at the store, however, Wendy gave me a washing machine worth more than my original product, plus a bigger size of machine Customer service doesn't happen as much anymore and it's refreshing to see it. This store, its Manager and Staff, including their very polite Delivery Staff are such a positive contrast to other ,electrical and white goods stores in Hervey Bay. Their prices are very competitive, and online delivery orders are free! It's my 'go to store' when I need to replace a household appliance. You won't be disappointed.
