Wendy was fabulously helpful with my recent purchase!
My purchase was made through another Betta store at Virginia who didn't have the product in stock. Virginia store organised it to be delivered from Betta Hervey Bay. Both stores were very helpful and they managed to deliver my wet and dry floor cleaner to Scarborough within two days of purchase. Very happy with the quality of both stores sales and attention to service.

I cannot believe how easy my purchase was. I rang to see what stock they had and agreed on the price. Easy 2 minutes on the phone. I said I'd be in to pay for it and the wonderful Martin took secure payment over the phone. Delivery and set up was just as easy. My new washing machine bought and paid for in 5 min. I didn't even need to leave my home. Wonderful service as always. Thank you
