Rang up to get a diagnosis on my aircon system. Andy quoted $77 on the phone. Dropped the car off for them to get to when they could fit it in. They finished the diagnosing at 4:30pm and waited til 12:15 the following day to let me know it was done. Went to pick it up, Andy told me it would be $115. Wanted to know who had said $77. You did, Andy. That's a 50% price increase. They said there was a leak in the evaporator, and to replace would be $781.50 to replace, and told me over and over it was a quick and easy job.
