Bought a fridge which, after a long order period, was all good, but i want to special shout out to Chaz in the warehouse, who was genuinely concerned about making sure i could move the fridge in place as it was a difficult delivery and comolex move. He offered to come over to help on his break or after work as he knew this was not an easy item. He rang with regular updates and check ins. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I purchased a Bluetooth speaker and after a conformation email I heard nothing for 48 hours then when I called to ask they told me they don’t have what I ordered in stock and do I want something else. Every other company puts their stock online and if they are out of stock you are unable to purchase, my options were to wait over a month for them to order the one I want or contact a third party to request a refund as they can’t even issue me one.
