DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I purchased a Bluetooth speaker and after a conformation email I heard nothing for 48 hours then when I called to ask they told me they don’t have what I ordered in stock and do I want something else. Every other company puts their stock online and if they are out of stock you are unable to purchase, my options were to wait over a month for them to order the one I want or contact a third party to request a refund as they can’t even issue me one. After waoting a month for an 9nline order for small items. 4 emails 1 to the online service all polite . I dont do rude ! I suggested if they can,t find it, it is fine just cancel it..just would like my money ..back...still waiting for any response
