Had a catered box lunch from a seminar that was not good at all. Bread was very dry & the two cookies were so hard they could crack your teeth. Would not recommend their box lunch sandwiches. Absolutely terrible.
I work at Busey Bank and we have used Betsy's Bistro for 20+ years for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. They have a great menu of boxed lunches and can accommodate any number with appropriate lead time. One of our larger gatherings had over 1,000 in attendance. Their buffet breakfast and buffet dinners are a favorite of many. They are easy to work with and quick to respond.
