My previous doctor with Summit Medical left the practice 1.5 years ago. I called on June 3, 2025 to make an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Betsy Varghese and was told that her first available appointment for a new patient was December 24, 2025. I had wanted to stay with Summit Medical, but I cannot wait 7 months for an appointment.

After 25 years with my primary, my insurance changed & I was devastated. About a year and a half ago,I searched many MDs, reading reviews, etc. I'm very thankful to have found Dr. V (Betsy Varghese) in Livingston. She is knowledgable, empathetic, thorough, caring, kind and really listens to my concerns & challenges in my life even when I'm just rambling from being stressed. Dr.V is very understanding. She is so professional and lovely to work with! I feel like my concerns are heard and taken seriously when we talk. Not only that, but she is non-judgmental and kind when discussing health concerns and recommending lifestyle changes to improve overall health. Highly recommend!
