Scatched my wheels lost 2 lug nuts I had to pay for them to go get starting fluid to try blow my tires back on the wheels stopped after 2 do not recommend unless you want someone who don’t take pride in what they do

Go anywhere else but here.Took my Jeep Liberty to get a set of tires. I wish I wouldn't have. First after they sold me the tires I drove straight home, went outside later that evening and my tire was flat. Took it back and they broke my tire pressure sensor and had to put a regular valve stem in it. On top of that I got to looking at the tire and it has a plug in it where it had a hole. I don't recommend this place at all. Terrible, Terrible place. Before the man even put the tires on my truck, the owner approached me and asked me to pay him the 60.00 for the 2 tires because he had to go somewhere. After paying the owner, the other guy working for him put 2 different size tires on the front of my truck. Horrible business.
Buddy of mine was making payments on this Jeep to me said he went & got tires from this place about 3 weeks ago & this happen rolled 4 times because his tire blew out!!! Wouldn’t recommend this $h!t hole
My niece went there Tuesday and had two used tires put on she payed $30 a peace for two tires in worse than what she had she went back the same day and showed it to them and they told her they couldn't help it she had a flat today she's just 17 years old we took them to birchfield tires in Elizabethton they're honest and know what their doing ! This is just a warning for the young drivers don't go to Betsy tires They will rip you off !!!
I rank your store at the very bottom . After being assaulted by the store manager today Iam spreading word of your lack of customer service and your forceful way of handling someone who was sold defective tires! There ate others who have filled reports with the police do to the company's inability to handle upset customers in a professional manner .. I rank u 0 stars -5 star
