I’ve done 2 sessions a month with Betsy for a year and a half. She has been instrumental in helping me overcome my ineffective coping mechanisms that I thought helped me deal with my anxiety and perfectionism. Her academic experience and one-to-one client work clearly stands her in good stead. I love her cognitive focus on noticing thought patterns. Excellent and highly recommend the podcast.
