If I could offer this practitioner AND her nurse negative stars on this review, I would. This is the second experience I have had with this specific FNP and she is the most condescending, dismissive individual I have interacted with in the medical system. Not only did she not do even remotely close to what I requested, but she was rough and then seemed further annoyed when I had questions about some health concerns and symptoms I’m having. I have seen Betsy several times over the years. I haven’t been in a couple of years and searched her name and was surprised to find 2 negative reviews. She is probably the kindest, most gentle and caring provider I have seen. She always took time to address any concerns I had and never seemed to be in a hurry or irritated in any way by my questions. I think she is a jewel!
I have been to see Betsy Swindle twice. She dismisses your concerns and seems annoyed if she has to take the time to answer any of your questions.
