Absolutely awful place. Please check your loved ones to make sure they are being changed and properly cared for. Whenever you try to voice a concern the receptionist magically gets her medical degree and feels the need to let you know your concerns are not valid. Absolutely disgusting place.

Staff is wonderful, best care for my mother, everyone is so compassionate and caring. They work closely with the family and go above and beyond to make sure that Mom gets the best care possible. !!! Forever grateful !!

I would like to thank the entire staff at Betsy Ross Rehab for the professional, outstanding, caring, and never ending skilled care that was given to my husband while he recovered from his open heart surgery at their facility. I’m no stranger to the medical field and abundant need for top notch nurses, aides, techs , PT & OT staff, nutritional services, servers, housekeeping staff, maintenance, social workers, etc. that it truly takes to get someone back on their feet. If I could give them zero stars I would. April 1st my brother wasn't checked knowing he had kidney problems and had missed dialysis for week. As a result he passed away! They could have saved him but no the nurses nor cna's checked on him before it was to late. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE! The nurses nor cna's care about the patients only whos pant they are getting in or smoking pot out in the parking lot as I've witnessed myself! Upper management is a joke as well.
