I was very disappointed with Betsy. First of all, I listed 2 houses with her. She referred a roofing "contractor" to both of the buyers agents. As is turned out, not only was his license suspended, he didn't even have liability insurance. When I asked her about this, her response was "he's really a nice guy." She absolutely did not have a grasp on the complexity of this issue. The bottom line is that I finally had to go to her broker and he handled the transactions from that point forward.
