I was very disappointed with Betsy. First of all, I listed 2 houses with her. She referred a roofing "contractor" to both of the buyers agents. As is turned out, not only was his license suspended, he didn't even have liability insurance. When I asked her about this, her response was "he's really a nice guy." She absolutely did not have a grasp on the complexity of this issue. The bottom line is that I finally had to go to her broker and he handled the transactions from that point forward. Betsy is the best! We were being very picky and viewed a lot of homes before finally making an offer on one. Her and her team are on top of things and helped the escrow process go smoothly. Everyone communicated efficiently/professionally and made sure we met all the deadlines. Betsy made our experience as first time home buyers as stressless as possible.
