I love my therapist but I have no words to describe how rude and incompetent the front office staff is. One example is I got an email Bill I paid it got a receipt and I checked my online banking it was there in 5 hours later I got another bill asking me to pay not to mention the one interaction I had with them they were terribly rude and incompetent no wonder there are so many one-star reviews
I have been with this practice for over 10 years. If it wasn't for my psychiatrist I would have left a long time ago. The women at the front desk are so rude, talking to them is a horrible experience. They have yelled at me, refused to refill medication. It feels like I have to beg for someone to be nice and even that turns bad. I don't leave reviews as I think most people are just having a bad day. The woman at the front desk (Dina) who answers the phones is beyond rude. I have tried to work with her in regards to billing, I pay my bill and it never reflects on their system. I payed over and over only to be told they never received payment towards the total. To top it off I get yelled at by this highly unprofessional office staff when I try to talk through the numbers.
