Over the last year of having a monthly membership I've tried to wash my car just about every day since I park in a dusty area at work. Id say their app or machine works half the time. I finally complained to customer support and got the run around and no resolution. No follow up or compensation for multiple, multiple failed attempts due to their faulty equipment. Today I cancelled my membership and will not return. Most my driving life I've used this carwash and never had as much trouble as in this last year. Do better
Paid for membership. Vacuums with membership does not work. One if crossed out the other two simply don't work when scanning
Overpriced, out of soap half the time, membership only works when it feels like it so you end up having to buy washes/vacuums in top of your ultimate membership. Pay and failure to reciece adequate services feels like theft.
Great place! Everything work, great price (I think it was $4 for 6 min.), my 25' RV fit perfectly.
