I’ve had several negative experiences renting from this company and will no longer be doing business with them. 1) They charged me for a full day’s rental despite me using the equipment for less than half the day. They charged an unreasonable fee for returning a machine "dirty," even though they never mentioned it needed to be cleaned, and the machine wasn’t even dirty to begin with. 2) Additionally, we brought a mower in for a belt issue. Great place to rent equipment
You never know when they’ll be open, certainly not consumer friendly hours. Twice I have rented or purchased items (always top-dollar) that didn’t work and upon loading, unloading and reloading to return (24 miles round trip) never so much as a “sorry about that!” UPDATE: No record of me renting or buying from you??? You keep lousy records then also! Guess the $700 Stihl backpack blower and the $400 Stihl chainsaw don’t warrant keeping records! So, another reason not to do business with dishonest people!
