They seemed to have fixed an issue with plumbing line smell that 2 other companies weren’t able to resolve.
Mike & JD were prompt, respectful, and explained the procedure that was going to be used. They both worked in cooperation with each other the whole time. There was no standing around watching each other.
Betros restored my faith in working with people this afternoon. I received a number of quotes exceeding my expectation for such a small job. The technician removed the cap, sealed it and after replacing it the crack disappeared. Why aren't there more honest people out there. Highly recommended and I will call them again because they're HONEST!!!! We could use more of these kinds of businesses in today's world.
