Two years later the water heater has failed. Leaking and not delivering hot water to the house. I called Betros Plumbing to request a service call to look at the water heater, and to possibly initiate a warranty replacement since it is still under a manufacturer's warranty (its only 2 years old). The lady I spoke too was not helpful --- at all, and said they are not taking service calls and, basically, that I should go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would…. I called for water coming out of the shower drain and the “plumber” came out and took hair out of the drain said that was the issue. Two weeks later my house is still clogged and they say they are not responsable for the clog which was the original complaint. Paid $300 for this garbage! Will never use this company again. And I hope that people pay attention because these companies are out here extorting people out of money. Btw no worries I unclogged it myself! If water is coming out ... read more
