the program is great, but their interface/software is terrible. I ordered vitamins for one month and have been trying to cancel future shipments since May 2024. I leave messages with the AI via text, send emails in response to my shipment notices, logged into account only to see "you do not have any subscriptions" and prior orders are not listed in the proper section = nowhere to be found. All messages seem to go to a black hole. Now I will have to call my credit card company to put a stop on charging.
