Date: February 26, 2025 I have been a frequent customer of this tire shop, but after today, I will no longer give them my business. I stopped by to get some air in my tire, something I have never been charged for before. However, the young man at the shop told me it would cost $5 to put air in my tire. Today's experience with this company was appalling. Despite an urgent oil leak, I neglected to check reviews beforehand. Afterwards, I discovered my experience mirrored many online reviews. The front desk representative ('the front guy') showed zero customer service skills. He seemed agitated when I asked questions, prompting me to ask if I was bothering him.
