Last week, as someone who had no prior knowledge about cars, I felt confident taking my Infiniti to Beto and Diana for the best price. They showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and sent me photos throughout the week while my car was in the shop.
Newer to the area and needed some work done. I hate all things car repairs and mechanics because...well, they're often sales people with quotas. That being said Betos was prompt, responsive, got me in quickly, and was far more affordable than any other shop around that I called (several of whom never responded or left the phone off the hook so we couldn't get through). Since my transmission was replaced (Betos was FANTASTIC), I've returned a couple time for additional work. Whether routine (oil changes 2×) or repair (sensor replacement, Beto's is the BEST!
