Newer to the area and needed some work done. I hate all things car repairs and mechanics because...well, they're often sales people with quotas. That being said Betos was prompt, responsive, got me in quickly, and was far more affordable than any other shop around that I called (several of whom never responded or left the phone off the hook so we couldn't get through). Excelente servicio
Since my transmission was replaced (Betos was FANTASTIC), I've returned a couple time for additional work. Whether routine (oil changes 2×) or repair (sensor replacement, Beto's is the BEST!
After almost 2 years that they did my transmission in KY 2011 suburban I can finally give my review.... no problem at all
