Staff is friendly and helpful. Questions to ask if you need their service how much is towing (I live 15 mins away and it was $240), diagnostics, storage, and what the tax is. I was out $400 for 3 days and no repairs. Part of it was my fault for not doing my part. Also, do not take for transmission work. They would rather sell you a car from their used lot than try to repair a transmission. Read what they do because transmission is not what they do and save yourself $400.
