Worst experience ever — avoid at all costs. I booked a property through Booking.com, which appeared to be managed by BETINA KING Holiday Accommodation, for the Easter long weekend (3 nights). I paid over AUD 10,000 and was genuinely excited for this special family holiday. But when we arrived, we were absolutely stunned — the homeowner told us they had never listed the property for rent. The service I received was appalling, Bettina is extremely rude & has no customer service skills what so ever. It was such a shame. The properties she leases out are high end properties which you obviously pay a large amount for just 2 nights so you would imagine the service you get would be that of high end. I work in property myself and have a great understanding how you should be treating your clients. No way would I ever rent again through her, I would rather lease through someone else who has the service you deserve pay... read more

Customer service by Betina was very disappointing. In reponse to your reply Betina, first of all it has taken you four months to reply. We reported the broken door to you on the Friday night of our stay, you said I will sent a tradesman tomorrow to repair being Saturday. He never turned up and you didn't bother to follow this up with us. We again called you on Sunday to let you know we are leaving the premises and to make you aware the door is still need of repair, you denied the conversation we had with you on Friday. ... read more
