I had a wonderful experience my first time there, though it took about an hour longer than I originally planned. When I went to book a second appointment, I was told that because I had to reschedule before, she would not take me again. She said," Don't call me again, okay?". I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and pure rudeness. As a Black woman, I am made to wonder if this was simply a racist act on her part. This is a follow up to my 5 star review. Lynda, the owner & her son charged my credit cards erroneously & numerous times. They did this on a Saturday night, charged me for services dating back months, without double checking if I paid in full. Lynda always makes her customers pay in full before they leave. It was a nightmare tracking & fixing what they did. Took hours of my time. She apologized & after many phone calls & emails, finally credited my accounts. Can't go back..don't trust her now.

Linda is amazing lady with big heart. She trully made me feel special the moment I walked inside her nice salon. She also spent long time doing my nails and they came out beautiful. Highly recommending this place.
