This human tonsil section is being stained red for CD4 by Bethyl’s anti-CD4 recombinant monoclonal [BL-155-1C11] (A700-015) and imaged using A120-201D4. Blue Counterstaining is provided by DAPI. Though typically known as the primary target of HIV, CD4 is also a marker for T-helper cells, which activate other immune cells in the midst of an infection.
