Went in for earrings. Found a very nice pair. Would have liked a little bit more choice but am very happy with my gold hoops. I wear them most of the time. Beth waited on me. She knew all the stock very well. She was pleasant, a friendly woman, who was very keen to make me happy. And I really appreciated that. I will be visiting again soon. Looking for a bracelet or three.
A local gem! I brought my wedding ring in to be resized and the staff person I worked with was extremely helpful, clearly explained the options and the related cost. My ring never looked better than when I got it back from Beth's. Even during a very busy holiday season, they turned around my request even more quickly than I had hoped. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. A great experience all around. Highly recommend this local small business.
Not at all satisfied with downsizing of my ring; I’m not sure they did anything and still charged me.
