I always use Beth for any of my or my other businesses floral needs. She is always very nice, & helpful even on the fly she has my back! The end product is always beautiful!!
Nasty owner and poor service! I ordered a gift online to be delivered on Dec. 19th. Nothing delivered. I left a voicemail message at the store. No response. I called today and the lady acted like it was no big deal. I told her I wanted the ordered delivered and since it was 3+ days late, I wanted them to add something nice to it. She got nasty and told me to go elsewhere. I am sorry I selected them to begin with. No apology for non deliver, NOTHING. She acted like she was doing me a HUGE favor by even talking to me!!
