Requested a deep cleaning. Paid $400 for a deep cleaning. 2 bedrooms, living room, den, kitchen, and one half baths. I found myself on a step stool while they were here cleaning my ceiling fans. I pointed this out continuously cleaning the fans myself and wasn’t offered for the cleaners to finish. They used a dirty towel slid over a mop head to sanitize the floors. My shower was not cleaned. We don’t have an unkempt house to begin with, no mold or gross stains. So removing soap film from the shower should have been a bonus. ... read more
I couldn’t be more pleased with Beth and her crew. they come every other week and I can honestly say I have always been more then happy with the job they do. Love coming home after they finish! They are reliable, always come on the day and time Agreed upo. I had to stop the service due to loss of employment, . She was gracious and understanding a d actually came out and gave me a free cleaning which was very nice. Needless to say after 5 months I was able to resone her services. . Beth’s cleaning service was a godsend to me as I recovered from major surgery which ultimately left me with a disability. Unable to clean my home to my standard anymore, Beth and her team came to my aid.
