Found what I was looking for but had to pay an astronomical price for it. Definitely won't be back
Excellent customer service. All staff that I have dealt with we're very helpful and knowledgeable.
Tried to return a soaker hose. It was unused in original packaging. They refused a refund because I do not have the original receipt, even though I showed them the charge on my credit card account. This was the second bad experience with them. Last spring they worked on my chainsaw and said it was fixed when it was not. It would run for a while then cut off, which it was doing before I took it in. Did not offer my money back on the repair that did not solve the issue. My advice, do not shop there.
