Good people to deal with. I bought my Big Green Egg from them and really appreciate Dave Shelton for helping me and coming to my house to deliver and setting it up. It’s good to know that if I have any questions that I can contact Dave about my BGE.
So, this place will rob you. I bought two Milwaukee tools and a battery, brought it back within the thirty day period, and they would not take it back. They told me that they don't stand behind Milwaukee and that I'll have to call to replace it or handle the refund myself. Milwaukee called and said Ace is responsible for the refund. They made a fake policy and washed their hands clean, leaving me dry with 400 dollars worth of tools that do not work properly.
