If I could give 10 stars I would! Guido planned a dream trip for us to the Ligurian coast of Italy and took care of everything big and small. The hotels and guides were top notch. Hotel Helvetia in Sestri Levante is wonderful and the staff treated us like family. Fillipo, our guide in Cinque Terre, went far beyond the call of duty by booking us dinner reservations and explaining in detail the train system/schedule. From now on, I will be using Bethesda Travel Center to book vacations. Thank you!
Serena and Guido planned a wonderful trip to Italy. It was seamless and easy. They thought of everything and were really great to work with. They knew many of the local guides personally and had worked with them for several years. It was comforting to know there was a personal relationship. All of the tour guides were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to engage our children.
Guido and his team created a fantastic 11 day family vacation to Portugal. They handled flights from multiple cities, the best hotel accommodations, ground transportation throughout the trip to numerous cities and great activities. No details were left unaddressed. Our family is very appreciative of their efforts and we had a most memorable trip. Would highly recommend Bethesda Travel. We will definitely book future travel with Guido.
