This shop is run by a great group of people. Not only are the employees very knowledgeable, but they're very warm and welcoming. I live in New Jersey so I'm not in the shop often unfortunately; but shops like Bethesda are what the skate scene needs.
This is a crooked business. They have terrible customer service and sold us an item (on their recommendation) that could have seriously injured my son because it was the completely wrong size for him. Then they would not take it back for either a refund or store credit. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau. Do not waste any time or money on this place!!
Kaare goes out of his way to help and put his heart into bringing joy to everyone who comes into the shop!
